ABOUT
AMINATA BROWN
Most organizations don't struggle with transformation because of strategy. They struggle because execution breaks down.
Aminata Brown — Transformation Architect
Initiatives stall.
Teams interpret priorities differently.
Adoption is uneven.
And the connection between investment and real outcomes starts to slip.
That's where I work.

I’m a Transformation Architect and Executive Advisor who partners with organizations at two critical points: before major initiatives launch, and when work is already underway but not delivering the results expected.
Sometimes I’m brought in early to ensure initiatives are set up to succeed, with clear leadership alignment, a strong operating structure, and a realistic path to adoption.
Other times, I step in when execution is already breaking down, to identify what is not working and get progress moving again in a coordinated, measurable way.
In both cases, my focus is the same: making sure transformation translates into real execution.
I’ve spent most of my career stepping into environments where things look fine on the surface, but are not working underneath.
